Audit exposure risk. Compare the probability of an outcome in an exposed group to the probability of an outcome in an unexposed group.
RR is used in prospective cohort studies. An RR of 1.0 indicates no difference in risk. An RR of 4.0 means the exposed group is 4 times as likely to develop the outcome as the unexposed group.
