For high-density cell cultures, the OTR must exceed the **Oxygen Uptake Rate (OUR)**. At your current settings, the reactor can supply 600.0 mg/L/hr. If the OUR of your biomass exceeds this, the culture will become oxygen-limited, stalling growth.
